Strawberries are delightfully aromatic, exquisitely delicious and powerfully nutritious. Strawberries are second only to blueberries, according to USDA analysis of antioxidant capacity of 40 fruits and vegetables. They are also rich in dietary fiber and manganese and contain more vitamin C that any other berry.
The antioxidant properties of berries are very important in forestalling the aging process. In addition, strawberries contain ellagic acid, which works as a potent anticarcinogin by binding cancer causing chemicals found in our body and making them inactive.
We grow the best varieties of strawberries that are known for their size, taste and versatility for eating fresh, freezing and making jam.

Honeoye is a variety developed in New York. Its beautiful red fruit is red throughout and is great for pies. It has old-fashioned strawberry flavor and is excellent for freezing.

Cavendish is an introduction from Nova Scotia and has excellent flavor and overall quality. It joins an old-time favorite, Sparkle, for the best flavor of pick-you-own berries. It is excellent for freezing.

Jewel is a large berry with superb quality and flavor. Some liken this strawberry to the flavor of grapes. It is excellent for freezing.

L'Amour is a new release from New York state, whose berries are bright red and firm, with excellent flavor. The long, round, conic shape of the berry and its fancy calyx makes it very attractive. It is a good freezer.

Brunswick is a cross between Honeoye and Cavendish, bred in Nova Scotia. It has good flavor and good freezing qualities.
